Organizational Development and Sustainability
Goal: To enhance organizational performance, sustainability, and resilience through improved staffing, governance, systems automation, and inclusive workplace practices.
Organizational development and sustainability are critical to ensure that KITUO has strengthened internal capacities and governance structures to support and sustain program delivery. This will be achieved through strengthening internal policies, improving internal operational systems, staff capacity building, addressing resource constraints, improving operational inefficiencies, creating investments for the organization, building partnerships, and improving access to organizational services. The organization will focus on capacity building for staff members on leadership, governance, and sustainability of the organization. Key focus areas on institutional development will be on governance and leadership, human resources, resource mobilization and grant acquisition, monitoring and evaluation.
